“EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!”

My husband, 2 sons & I stayed at Comfort Inn Airport-Mall of America 7/13-7/15/2012. I went back & forth on-line between several hotels and kept coming back to this one. I'm so glad I did! The staff, including shuttle drivers, were extremely friendly & helpful! Philip was our favorite :) Our room was very nice & clean with a flat screen TV. It was a little narrow but there WERE 4 of us. Also, the beds were only doubles, but I knew that. We got a roll away & set it up between the two; which, made it fun. The shower water pressure was great! Had a newspaper outside our door each morning & continental breakfast was exceptional...scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, hot & cold cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins, donuts, fruit, juices, coffee, milk & free! The swimming pool looks a little small on the website but it is actually a good size & goes up to 8'. Also, the water temp was just right. Didn't use the fitness room but checked it out & it is very nice too. No, there is not a hot tub. There is also a nice court yard and Outback restaurant is attached to the hotel. Didn't know if we'd use the shuttle service or not but glad we did. Didn't move our vehicle once until we left to go home. I gave comfort of room a 4 just because it was a little small for the 4 of us but would definitely reccommend and stay here again & again!!! And, the room rate is extremely competitive!!! If wandering, no, you do not hear any planes going over either and we were on the top floor. Hope this helps.

“Just what we needed”

The Comfort Inn Airport-Mall of America was exactly what we needed for our long weekend in the Twin Cities. Centrally located to the Mall of America and Ikea, it also allowed us quick access to 494 which led us to all of our other city destinations. We'll definitely stay here again for our future visits.

The hotel is conveniently located within mere minutes of the Minneapolis Airport, the Mall of America and the new IKEA store as well as easy access to the freeway to get to downtown Minneapolis and St.Paul. The hotel is very professional in service and very oriented to help the customer. Airport shuttle services are available as well.

“Great location; great price”

This hotel has a great location with a price you can't beat. The Mall of America is just down the road (they offer a free shuttle as well). You can also catch the light rail from the Mall of America into Minneapolis. This hotel offered total convenience, friendly service, and a great price.

Everything was wonderful. Check in was painless the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was available several hours. The shuttle service was always on time and we asked for a late check-out with no problem. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Could not ask for better!
