“Enjoyed my stay”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff here was friendly and helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile to assist their guests.

For the price it was a good deal. There are comfortable beds, large showers, and fast check-in. I'll stay there again on my next trip to Mpls.

Arrived early12:30 and was allowed to check right away.

“Not happy..didn't get room type we reserved”

We booked a non smoking king room and when we arrived at the hotel, they put us in a smoking room. When I complained, they offered to ionize the room, but we would have to leave for 2-3 hours while they performed this. They also offered to spray the room, but I felt this would make it worse. Not happy with having to stay in this room.

Although they allowed us to have an early check-in...which was VERY nice of the mgr...the bathroom wasn't clean. There were very obvious things missed...hair on sink, popcorn under sink, etc.! The beds were very comfortable and the living area was clean.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Construction going on next door but was quiet at night so slept well. The hotel was fairly easy to find as well.

Fast service and clean. No issues with checking in and out. The room was as described. Recommended.

It's fairly basic and you can hear the highway in the distance (though it's not a problem), but my room was a good size, clean, comfortable and everything I needed. The free wi-fi was handy. I asked ahead of time for a quiet room and they gave me a top-floor room near the end of the corridor: just what I wanted. The staff were really cheerful and helpful. No complaints. I felt like I got a good deal.
