Always wonderful staff. The lobby is very nice and a nice place to relax. They are so helpful and friendly. The pool is under remodel and I am very dissapointed that the hot tub was removed.

The hotel is still undergoing some renovation so the door we were told to use was locked to get into the building. We lugged our belongings to another door. The hotel did reach out to us prior to our trip several times to let us know the pool was being renovated and thus closed. What they have done is very nice. Bed as very comfortable, room was newly decorated. Breakfast was good although a little expensive for what you get.

Clean and updated, but walls meh.
The rooms are updated and very clean. Clean is important. The staff is professional and shuttle is prompt. However, the Courtyard walls are always thin. I always hear my neighbors in the Courtyard hotels. My neighbor was coughing something awful and it was hard to sleep until he stopped.

Main lobby under construction, but rooms were already completed. Going to be very nice… rooms were very comfortable and clean… bed linens were soft and pillows were very comfortable

No hot hub
I was very disappointed that the hotel is in the middle of a major renovation rendering the pool and hot tub inoperable. I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted a hotel with a hot tub. I am very disappointed your website made no mention of the renovations and your site misrepresented the available amenities. I feel I grossly overpaid for a night at a hotel with no functional pool or hot tub. I hold your company accountable for misrepresenting amenities which led me to making a poor decision. This was the cleanest hotel i've been at. Very nice hotel location and will return again. The front desk person was new and confused so check in was very long. She was afraid to ask for help until 20 minutes of struggling. That was my only complaint.

Weekend exploring Twin Cities.
This Hotel is just off Interstate 494. You can be anywhere in the area to Twin Cities from 5-25 minutes via major roads. This hotel is in a business park area so no options for food or drink. Unless you use the Bistro in Hotel. Cross 494 south on Pilot Knob Rd for a convivence store/gas. Further South to find restaurants, shopping in Eagan. My room was newly remodeled with remodeling still going on in areas of Hotel. Pool is down because of this. Room was very clean with a huge shower with great water pressure. Parking lot is well lit.
