“Very impressed”

It was completely "converted" from Sheraton to DoubleTree when we stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is very nice and the staff (and service) is even better. The room had easily the most comfortable bed I've had in a hotel in a very long time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Website stated that no shuttle to mall of america, but they did have this service. The room was very nice, we were on the 20th floor and the view was amazing. The hot tub was hugh. Very nice hotel for the price we paid.

Couldn't believe the luxury for such a great price. Beds were sooo comfortable! Staff was friendly and accomodating. We did not check out the ammenities, as we were on a quick stop over, but I would TOTALLY recommend this hotel!

The hotel was great-clean and very friendly. We got an upgrade and we had a very nice sized room. The cookies were delicious!

“The beds were to die for.”

After a day of traveling and shopping the beds were wonderful. I slept the whole night through. It was quiet and the room was dark. Perfect for sleeping. To our surprise it was 9:00 am when we woke up. Just in time to hit "The Mall of America" for another day of shopping. Room service was quick and good.

“Nice place to stay”

We got a great deal through Expedia and were very happy with the room. The bathroom layout didn't work well, but otherwise everything else was great. They had a nice work station in the room.

We arrived very late and were promptly greeted by someone at the registration desk. After we registered, we were offered their signature chocolate chip cookies. Nice touch! We stayed four nights, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and a down comforter. The hotel restaurants were open and serving a special holiday menu. There was even room service on Christmas Day until 10 pm. The serving staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was very good. The special holiday menu was varied with several good options including appetizers, soup, salad, and entrees. The exercise room, pool, hot tub and spa were clean and well maintained. We had a poolside room but the acoustics were great because we could barely hear the noise from the pool. When the TV remote batteries died, a gentleman was there with a new remote within 5 minutes of our call. The housekeeping was excellent and the staff very friendly. We requested a small refrigerator for medication, and it was in our room before we could park the car and walk to the room. This hotel is about 6 miles from the Mall of America and the airport, mostly via the freeway. Everything was easy to find and the person at the front desk gave us a print out of the best way to get to the Mall. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a good business location and/or a family place to relax.

“Great Hotel for any and everyone”

This hotel is huge,but with different events occuring simultaneously,we never waited or wanted for anything.The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.I always prefer Doubletree hotels whenever we travel.
