“Nice place”

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. Unlike many places with free breakfast, they had a person restocking the entire time of the breakfast.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and other attractions in the cities. It was quiet and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones we've ever seen and enjoyed. The hot tub wasn't working which was probably the only negative.

“Electricity went out and yet it was the best weekend for a long time!”

The hotel was very clean, staff were very pleasant and during an unexpected power outage, it was clear the customers were a top priority and concern. Breakfast was good, and the area was always clean. I will be back!

Just a few hours to spend here - but great people. Breakfast service awesome. Staff arranged cab to airport. Extremely late arrival adjusted for quickly. A definite return visit when next in the cities.

The front desk personnels are very nice, especially the young lady who was on duty on Oct. 4 afternoon shift. I forgot to ask her name. The hotel is my only good impression during my trip.

Our family stayed at the Faifield Inn on a trip to Valley Fair. It was fairly close to the park and very reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean and the employees were helpful and friendly. Also, they have a very nice breakfast setup.
