The front desk gal was absolutely amazing!! The breakfast was great. I would most definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!! Have ZERO dislikes about this place, in Eden Prarie.

Talk about a comfortable stay!!! The staff was so welcoming and amazing. As soon as my family and I walked in we were greeted with smiles by the manager and early enough for breakfast which James (cooking staff) took it upon himself to cook us all delicious waffles. Carrie greeted us everyday with smiles and suggestions for the area, James with a great smile, coffee and delicious food. The other staff was so friendly too. When I come back this way for Paisley Park again this is where I will be staying at!!!

The staff was super nice and helpful. There was an issue with checkin, but the front desk person contacted her manager at 11pm and figured it out. Beds were very comfortable as well and the pool and hot tub were nice. We will stay here again!

The service was excellent. The gentlemen checking us in was friendly and helpful, and another gentlemen managing the breafast area named James was very helpful and exceptionally kind. We will stay here again in the future.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the morning breakfast was good but the condition of the hotel overall and especially the tile on our bathroom floor could certainly see some improvement. Lots of cracked tile on the floor and grout missing. The building needs a bit of love.

Unplanned Stay
Our stay was an unplanned trip. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly. Everything was clean. Hot tub was broken/cold. They did fix it, but I didn't get to enjoy it. There was a water charge on my account but I called and they said they would remove it. Breakfast was good.
