I booked a suite online and called right after booking to confirm and the staff assured me that they had my reservation. It wasnt until I arrived at the hotel that they informed me they over booked suites I had no available suites left. I was very disappointed that I was not informed by the hotel ahead of time because then I could have made other arrangements.The gentlemen at the front desk however was very nice and accomodating. He showed me the next biggest available room and was very sweet.

The room was nice and clean. And was comfortable enough. The downsides were the pool/Jacuzzi was out of order, which was one of the reasons I booked the place. So that was disappointing. Also, the breakfast buffet was not complementary quite expensive for very mediocre food. It should come standard at least with the room.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry about the hot tub heater going down just before your stay with us. The new heater is being installed today so if you choose to stay with us in the future our hot tub will be in working order. As for the breakfast, we offer a variety of options including made to order at various price points. If interested we do offer rates that have breakfast included but that would be an option for you to select while making your reservation.

I made the reservation for my parents to stay here a night before driving back home after Thanksgiving. I chose this hotel for location and because they said they were pet friendly, and we needed a close place that allowed their dog too. However, when booking via expedia.com, there was no way to indicate their dog on the reservation. So my Dad was charged an unexpected fee of $75 at check in. Next time we will likely choose a different hotel which makes it less costly to bring your dog for just one night, or we will have to book directly with Hilton.com instead, to avoid unexpected charges. Otherwise, everything was decent. Thank you.

This is our second stay at this property and we love the clean, spacious rooms and quiet area. We choose this hotel because it is pet friendly and close to our child's university when we visit.

This is just like any other Hilton Garden. The only issue we had is that we spent $30 on breakfast after being told that some items would be available. But then, after paying, those items (eggs, sausage) were not available and would not become available. There were still 2 hours left of breakfast and it just felt like we were sold something that didn't exist. It was a very expensive waffle.

HOSTING A CHRISTMAS EVE PARTY WAS GREAT. HAD ONE OF THERE SUITES AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR RELAXING AND OPENING PRESENTS FOR 3 ADULTS 2 TEENS AND 2 KIDS.

9/10 would have been 10/10 but the walls are oddly thin for a newer looking building. I could hear next door guests like they were inside my room and they were only talking. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Bar and snacks in the lobby were great.

We had a room on the first floor with a very large window. There was no way to close the drapes so the view into our room from the outside was clear as day. The bed was very hard and the pillows were horrible. What used to be a free continental breakfast is $12.95 here. We did not participate. Do NOT get a room next to the stairs. It was VERY noisy.

This property is in the middle of a huge construction area. We had a difficult time coming and going from our room when leaving the property. Also no front desk help. There was a sign up saying they’d be back and we waited and waited. Also no cold sodas as the refrigerator was broken apparently in the main lobby, so everything was on the ice. Very disappointing for Hilton

First night was great. Second night was complicated by guests in the room above us having a party of 10-15 people. Constant jumping, banging, and loud music. Front desk was aware of it, but wasn’t resolved until police were called about 3 hours later. The hotel was pretty empty, but no offers to move our room even though the staff called us knowing we had a baby with us. Not sure I would stay here again with a small child.
