Very nice hotel! The only thing that surprised me was the slippery pool deck. My sister slipped on her way to get a towel. The girls we visited with in the hot tub said that the last time they stayed one of them fell getting into the hot tub (because the steps are slanted) and bruised her hip, and they witnessed a lady who slipped and fell hitting her head on the concrete wall! These are safety issues that should be addressed immediately. There is no excuse for this!

Very few places to eat. Ice maker not working. 1 elevator Not working. No kitchen staff for happy hour even though they were advertising for it. Very loud with banquet going on. Lots of kids running up and down the hallways.

Perfect location for suburban neighborhood stay!
I love the location of this hotel. It’s 3-4 miles from the neighborhood my parents live in and I grew up in, so it was the ideal place to stay when in town visiting my parents. VERY close to food options, shopping options and accessible to get around town. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms fairly updated. My only frustration is with the toilet that ran until the stopped was shut manually a few times and some of the bathroom floor tiling coming up. The suite with a living room had a lot of space when planning to stay more than a few days.

The only thing that is unfortunate about our stay, is the $9 breakfast, instead of it being complimentary. We are away from home, and a complimentary hot meal would be wonderful.

Great front desk experience upon checkin, super clean and comfortable room. Only minus was the pillows which we didn’t find comfortable at all, but that’s personal preference. Overall great stay.

Amazing rooms and great service! We did have an issue with opening the room door after using the key card. 5 trips to the lobby to get help. No one could get the door open. Finally the manager found a way to help.

It was wonderful. My daughters enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed that the pool area wasn’t overly warm but also that the pool didn’t feel like ice. It was great! The staff were wonderful as well. Everyone was helpful when needed and pleasant to interact with.

Very nice hotel and room very clean. We would definitely stay again. Maybe more attention to detail (at least at the time of our stay) would be nice. First room we were given the air/heat control was not working for the lack of batteries, but once replaced it still was not functioning so we were given a new room. Also the hair conditioner dispenser had no conditioner.

Disappointed in Hilton
Hot tub broken but instead of draining it it has clearly been broken with stale water for a while. Green scum is building up in it. Our room was clean looking but trash wasn’t emptied so not Sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. Hot water took a long time (5+ mins) before shower was warm.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our only complaint was the overabundance of chemicals in the hot tub making the second night of our stay making it hard to stay in it as our eyes started burning and watering.
