No fan in bathroom. Very few outlets and hard to use ( behind a desk, curtain). Lighting was bad. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and nice. Shuttle driver was very personable.

The overall experience was good. Location to the mall and airport were great. One of the drivers we had seemed like he was rushed and drove like a NASCAR driver.

No refrigerator, few electrical outlets.

Pros: Convenient
Cons: Queen size beds rather than full. Refrigerator.
Location: Mall of America was close.
Compared to the other Hiltons I've stayed in this one was disappointing.

Pros: This hotel was extremely clean, and quiet.
I would not only recommend this hotel to others, but I would stay here when we come back. From the moment we walked in, the hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean. We chose this hotel because of other reviews we had read, and I would stay here again.

Overpriced for the quality.

Pros: Good service and friendly staff.
Cons: Update the decor--especially the fur window coverings. Replace bathroom tile and grout.
My husband and I were disappointed in our stay. While this hotel's location is conveniently near the airport, the Mall of America, and rail transportation, it is dated and overpriced for the quality. We had a poor dinner at the restaurant/lounge for $65.00 (!), our shower had mildew in the tile grout, and the ridiculous whirlpool tub in our bedroom was larger than the bathroom. We are more than happy to conserve water by reusing our towels and linens, but why have a tub that large and then encourage guests to save water? The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and our restaurant service was excellent.

Not what I thought

My hotel room had the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. Couldnt even hold two people brushing their teeth at the same time. And can't Hilton spring for fitted sheets and duvets? We had a flat sheet for a fitted sheet, and another that covered a dingy comforter. I hope you're not hungry at midnight, because their refrigerated sandwiches are NINE DOLLARS. The only thing I enjoyed about my stay was the pillows.

Convenient and close to the mall

Clean and very helpful staff. Free shuttle rides every hour to and from mall and airport. Pics online showed whirlpool tub in room but there wasn't, that was the sole reason we chose this hotel. That was the only disappointment.

Cons: Staff needs customer service Price of food
Location: MOA I will not be returning back
noisy to begin with but would be alright if the front staff knew what Customer service was I am sure they did not get a class in customer service when hired.. On more than one occasion we asked for a complimentary newspaper and was responded by "It's up there if they're gone there gone" We asked about places to eat, again no help very curt. I owned a business and I would fire all front staff including management for not paying attention to what was going on with my people customer service as a class must attend. Food very pricey don't get your money value BUT the young man was very good and customer service orientated

Too closed to airport
