Free and fast internet connection, located right off the highway. Newer facitlity. Reasonable resteraunt on site. Very nice.

“At Home in Minnesota”

We chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Eagan because of their complementary shuttle to and from the airport, Mall of America, and any destination within a 5-mile radius. We were extremely happy with our decision. The concierge and shuttle drivers went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were clean and nice, and the 24-hour computer room with printer was a lifesaver. We'd highly recommend this hotel.

“High quality, good value”

I was surprised this hotel was not more expensive. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in this summer, maybe ever. Everything about the room was great. The staff were great. The only thing that needs improvement is the business center. The computers were out-of-date and slow, and the printer didn't work. But most people probably bring their own laptop anyway. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Great place for a shopping weekend”

This hotel has a shuttle that takes you back and forth to the Mall of America. I found the drivers to be the nicest people - you betcha! And the staff was great. Above and beyond the call. They were the ones that offered to store our luggage on the day of the return, take us to the mall, and then come back for us - with our luggage - and take us directly to the airport. When a book of my son's was left in the hotel storage, they mailed it back - at their expensive. You couldn't find a nicer group of people to stay with. And yes, the hotel was clean, but you can't beat the customer service. This is the place to stay for a shopping weekend.

“Work in the hotel business and this is a great place to stay!”

I must say that the staff upon arrival should be given some recognition as a team! I traveled from the Turks and Caicos Islands and was tired,hungry and just plain worn out but from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff it was clear that my stay was going to be different. The driver went out of his way and took me to the business sector where I could get a quick bite to eat...the front desk staff was very kind and definitely gained my respect. I stay in many different hotels and I would without question choose this hotel anytime I am in the cities...definitely comfortable..and definitely worth the price.

“Great value for the location”

I had to find an inexpensive hotel with easy access to the airport, city center, and of course the Mall of America. This hotel fit the bill on all accounts. I usually don't stay near airports, but I had to during this trip and it worked out well. I wasn't bothered by any airplane noise during my stay, and the staff couldn't have been nicer when suggesting ways to navigate the city. The shuttle to the Mall and Airport is incredibly efficient, and the breakfast buffet was a good deal, too.

“Good for Business Travelers”

The shuttle service was outstanding!! They took me to my AM meeting at a local business and then picked me up from there and took me to the airport. Nicest driver I've ever had!! The room was good. The planes going overhead are loud but there was a handy dandy 'sleep kit' available. My only criticism was the mold growing in the shower. A little bleach and water would easily take care of that.
