“Not impressed.”
1. Bed, condiiton not good. 2. Heating unit: need to be repair, contact HTL but did not fix. 3. Room supply: no box of Tissue, no shampoo, etc. 4. Coffee: room no coffee bag. 5. Clean dishes: 2nd day no one clean dirty dishes. 6. General room condition are not qualify. 7. Night could not sleep well due to Heating unit noise, not working right. 8. Location: OK.
“Okay, but wouldn't stay again.”
Hotel was okay for the price but not a place for a family to stay for more than one night. We needed a place to crash before flying out early the next day. Probably would look for a different hotel if we have to stay in the area again.

“What a Pleasant Surprise.”
We had not heard of Homestead before, but it was close to the airport with a good price and seemed like a high enough quality place. We were more than pleasantly surprised. We had a studio suite with a kitchenette. We arrived late and left early, so we didn't make use of most of the facilities, but we will definitely keep this place in mind in the future. The visitor's pantry in the lobby was a great feature. We were able to pick up a few snacks at a reasonable price. The hotel is relatively new, and it was very quiet. The only other comment we would have is that the beds were very firm and someone who wants a soft bed might have a little trouble.
“Great Hotel Good Deal”
Stayed at this hotel for one night and I would stay again. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Fast check-in although the room given was not ready, but was quickly replace with one that was clean and ready. Wanted to use the internet as I didn't have my laptop late at night and the front desk clerk had me use their computer in one of the business room, but unfortunately the internet was not working. When I told front desk clerk, she simply just said that it must be down ;) Pantry by the front desk was convenient. For the price I paid, this hotel is highly recommended. Good service and location...easy access to freeway.
“Best stay ever”
I have stayed in four star hotel charging 5 times the price that were not as nice a the Homestead. I have already recommended the Homestead to all my friends and family.
“Mediocre”
This was the most uncomfortable bed ever. I was looking forward to it, especially after the long drive and then the next night I was going to a concert but I was severely disappointed. The hotel was cute inside our room but the bed was so bad I couldn't focus on much else. The rest of the hotel was great except for it smelt kind of strange, like an apartment building when everyones making food at once. Overall it was ok but I wouldn't go bad unless they got new beds.
