“Pretty Nice”

The hotel staff was very nice. The continental breakfast was just right. Loved the decor of the lobby and rooms. Since we were so close to the airport, the plane traffic was a little loud but after a long day of sightseeing, I didn't notice it too much once you fell asleep! I would stay again if I ever came back to this area. Mall Of America was closer than I thought.

“Comfortable Living”

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, and the 42" HD flat screen and free wireless topped it all off.

We were happy with the size of the room and the cleanliness. The bathroom area was a bit tight, but useable.

“Will definitely stay here again”

Our stay was awesome. The room had a nice contemporary decor. Lots of room and very clean. The breakfast was really good and the staff was extremely helpful. The shuttle service to and from the Mall of America was very convenient.

“Great location”

We were able to walk about 2-3 blocks to the light rail to head downtown for supper. I would not advise ordering the eggs and bacon for breakfast - they tasted like microwave stuff. The free breakfast was adequate in and of itself. Otherwise clean large room.

The hotel was very helpful, this site says that the light rail station is only about a block but its more like 2 or 3, but since it was really cold the hotel had the shuttle take us there and we only waited a couple minutes for the train and the station had outdoor heaters. The bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet. Planning on another weekend soon-will be staying there again.

“very nice stay”

This is the second time we have been back here to the Hyatt place and loved it all over again. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit small but functional to give you space in the room. I will be staying here again.

“Minneapolis 2010”

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was great and included a coffee maker, fridge, and large flat screen. The dining was interesting. There wasn't an actual restaurant to sit, instead, guests ordered off of a kiosk and the food was brought out. This would have been less awkward if the hotel wasn't so understaffed. There were maybe three employees max available to help guests. It was great to have a free shuttle to the airport and the MoA. This was very convenient and cut down on travel costs. The shuttle was rarely on time, however, because it was typically driven by one of the few employees working that day. However, it was a nice hotel, and I would be willing to stay here again.

“fantastic rooms! Will go back”

Everything was great, only disappointment was the continetal breakfast. Definitely pushed you to purchase items at the kiosk. The rooms were quite spacious and reasonably priced. Would stay there again without a doubt!
