Great for family. We loved the pool, nice size and water was warm so we didn’t freeze. We were allowed to use a meeting room for a zoom meeting!! Thanks!!

The first room they have us smelled like vomit and has red stuff on the floor the second room looked like the floor had wet spots everywhere and the sink is not in the bathroom. Toilet and shower areas is so small you don’t want to close the door

I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t clean the room and change towels on a daily basis. Really weird.

Perfection!
The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room was the same as any other at a Hyatt Place…spacious, clean, and smelled excellent. The breakfast buffet was good, but could tell some items (pancakes and oatmeal, specifically) had been sitting on the buffet for awhile. But, even with the couple trouble spots at breakfast, this is a fabulous place to stay, and it’s conveniently located to MSP and Mall of America.

The staff here were very friendly and courteous. Good first impression. We had a excellent breakfast. Was here with my son to see Mannheim Steamroller for one night since I live over three hours north of the cities. Both of us were disappointed with our room. Overall it looked nice but when you look closely there is missing veneer off of cabinetry and furniture, the bathtub stopper was broken, and there was no microwave in our room. Our telephone did not work so we had to go downstairs to find out where ice machines were located (something that maybe should be posted in the room somewhere for guests). Overall, we did not think that this Hyatt was not up to the room standards of other Hyatt Hotels we have stayed at. Maybe since we were staying for only one night we were given a less desirable room. Who knows...
