Well priced for 1 night.Posted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: Low price
Cons: Can't expect Four Seasons at this price. No complaints.
Location: Easy walking distance to just about anything in downtown Minneapolis.
Good value for money in downtown Minneapolis. Plain type decor, but priced right for a 1 night stay. Courteous staff.

great location and staff; mattress was mehPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a nice hotel in a very convenient location. Staff are great, love the art that is displayed everywhere. We only had drinks at the bar of the restaurant but it was nice, and the staff there was very attentive as well. The only complaint was that the bed was noticeably sagging in the middle with the result that my husband and I kept rolling into each other in the middle of the bed. Otherwise, top notch.

Chic and serene but could use a few tweaksPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel and we liked the white, crisp, modern decor. A few quibbles: 1) the TV wasn't programmed to skip over the seemingly-endless number of non-existent cable channels; 2) while it was nice (I guess) to have a TV in the bathroom as well, the remote for the main TV also spoke to the bathroom TV, causing us to think we had a poltergeist in the bathroom until we figured out why it kept turning on and changing channels on its own; 3) I like modern art but some of the selections in this hotel are worse than questionable. A stack of black garbage bags? Really? It was annoying to think people were paying a "boutique hotel" price for the ambiance of some really stupid art. Best part was the outdoor patio at the Marin restaurant and bar. Great atmosphere on a warm summer night.

not impressedPosted Sep 2, 2013
Cons: A room size, work -out facility
Location: Close to State theater for concerts
We spent a night for our anniversary and were very disappointed with this choice. The hotel was very small and the major disappointment was the room size. We could have gotten a much better deal at another hotel. Although the location is good, I will definitely choose a different hotel next time.

I really enjoyed the bed, bedding, bathroom, space and décor of room. However, I had a brick wall 3 feet out my window, and the surrounding streets are a little sketchy.
