Great location

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Stayed here for a concert at target field and it was in a great location to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Connecting to the sky walk came in handy when walking home in the rain. Great experience can't wait to stay again!

Great hotel in downtown Minneapolis

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Wonderrful hotel in downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a spectacular view of downtown. I will say the walk to the parking lot was a long one and it was a little difficult to navigate. All in all I would stay in this hotel again and would definitely reccomend it to a friend!

Extremely poor customer service

Posted Jul 13, 2015
We will never stay at this hotel again! We booked two rooms with two queen beds, but were somehow put into two rooms with King beds. We were willing to deal with this as they were completely booked and offered us a free roll away bed. However, upon returning from our night out one of the rooms had small twin size blow-up mattress with no blankets or pillows. When we called to inquire we were told that this is what happens when we book on Expedia and check-in late. Check in was at 3:00pm and we checked in at 3:45. They stated if we didn't like the blow up mattress they would gladly remove it from our room and leave us with nothing. For the price we paid to stay here it's was extremely disappointing to be treated this way. Spend your money else where!

Terrible Setup

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: The room, bed, shower, everything was one of the best i have ever stayed in.
The motel is great but the setup is an absolute nightmare. If you are there because of the skyway/City Center stuff then it is probably worth it but we were there for something else and dealing with the elevators just about put us over the edge. You get in one elevator on the street level and go up to the 5th floor where you get out and walk around to another set of elevators that get you to your room. There are 5 elevators and they need 10. Going up was not so bad but going down you stop on every other floor and the elevator is absolutely packed by the time you get to the 5th floor where you all get out and walk around and stuff yourselves into another elevator to get down to the street.

Nice downtown hotel!

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: The beds are great!
Location: The Irish restaurant (Kieran's) down the street was a very nice place to eat!
Valet service is very nice and appropriate. Parking is hard to find and navigate downtown. Lobby is very nice, open, and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar had a great attentive waitress and a good selection of drinks and food.

Nice staff and nice hotel. Getting to the hotel from the parking ramp is inconvenient.

Great hotel, great location

Posted Jun 13, 2015
I stayed at this hotel for a convention and my husband came with me. The hotel was in a great location and near to several really good restaurants. The gym was nice and the service at the hotel was great. I travel extensively and the most important thing to me is sleep and conveince so this hotel was perfect.

RoomKey had to be re-keyed 4 times in 2 day stay. Last re-keying was at 11:30 PM while we waited outside for engineering to come. Was told prior to this at front desk that engineering had fixed the problem in the afternoon. Lack of Integrity negates a nice hotel. Won't be back
