“Very Nice Hotel”

perfect for the single traveler for one night. Bed very comfortable. New Walmart across the street for shopping needs. Exceeded my expectations.

“Micro Room -- Huge Value!”

Very nice & extremely helpful staff. Now I know why it is called 'Micro'tel! The rooms are micro-tiny but very functional and very clean. Walked across the parking lot to IHOP for a late night dinner. Comfortable bed! zzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Hotel staff was friendly and continental breakfast was nice. Was within a mile of the Mall of America and had a Wal-mart right next door!

We were very impressed. Liked the price and the room was just what we were looking for. Had everything we needed but not a lot of wasted space. The staff was friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

“Overall Pleased”

The location was awesome and only wished they would extend shuttle service to Mall of America to their guest in the future. I was pleased for such a short stay: however, the rooms are quite small for extended visits.

Good deal for the price, close to Mall and airport. Shuttle to airport important.

Walmart just a minute walk. Mall of America, Great. Free transportation to the airport. The staffs are very helpful.

“First time with this brand”

Was pleasantly surprised by the good quality of Microtel. Have stayed with many brands of hotels but not this one. Great value at a very reasonable price. Only drawback may be that the physical size of the room was small and may be uncomfortable for two people; for one, it's great.

“Nice place”

A nice clean room with a window seat, which is one of my all-time favorite things. Great place to read or watch TV. The free breakfast was a little skimpy, but all in all, we'll stay there again.

For an inexpensive motel, it had what I needed and service was friendly and prompt.
