The continental breakfast was convenient and delicious.

We check in and go up to our room, walk in and someone is already staying in that room. Go to check in desk and they say they are sorry and that they dont have anymore rooms open with 1 queen, just two doubles...ok fine whatever hust give us the room. Go to the room and its next to the custodian room. lots of banging around and noise. Wake up next morning bright and early because the custodian is drilling and hammering right next to our heads. Told the front desk about our service when we left and all we got was oh thats horrible im sorry. the hotel wasnt even busy! how can they not have any rooms availalble except that one when the parking lot is almost empty. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

A clean no-frills hotel at a reasonable price, but a $30 taxi from airport - would have been better off with a more expensive hotel with 24 hour shuttle (there are several).

Hotel was clean and nice for the price. I already new about this hotel because we stayed here before, will stay again.

Need to update the T V in rooms I was in 3 different rooms and they all had the same old tvs

Room heater did not work- stayed was at the start of a snow storm. Made it through 1 nite, and then discusssed with them. Was told by the AM staff that I would have a new room the next night. Came back at 6:00 PM and was told they didn't have any other rooms. So I had a choice; stay in a room with a malfunctioning heater [had to manually turn on and off all nite long. Thermostat didn't work.] Or move out. Opted to move out, but had to find my own accomodations. Took a coupld of hours to do so. The mechanical issue is one thing. The attitude of the staff was worse.

You can't beat the value of this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room wasn't huge, but big enough for the three of us with all our luggage and shopping bags. The breakfast was adequate to get going in the morning, but no real sitting area to eat. It does save you from driving somewhere else though and free parking compared to paying extra downtown. Not a far drive from the Xcel centre or the Mall of America. Sam's Club is right beside it. You have a short drive to any restaurants. I would use this brand again!
