Pros: Clean rooms.
Cons: Train staff on personality and customer friendliness.
Location: Downtown Minneapolis.
Room was very small, staff very smug. Not a friendly place, cold and impersonal. Would not recommend.

NicePosted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: Very modern and accomodating.
Cons: We did not have access to a microwave at night to make a cup of tea and had to go down to the bar for hot water.
Location: Very nice location for strolling and shopping. About a mile from the Metrodome.
We had a glitch with the reservation when we arrived, but Expedia and Anita from the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

Newly renovated business friendlyPosted Oct 5, 2013
Pros: Location right at the edge of downtown and on Eat Street (Nicollet Ave)
Cons: Charging for internet access in the Business Center; Really??
Location: Shop and eat
Pleasantly surprised to arrive at a newly renovated property; have stayed at this hotel for years and all the updates make it even better; charging for internet access in the Business Center is iritating and should be removed pronto; all else very good

Great downtown locationPosted Oct 1, 2013
Location: Great eateries and close to Target field...a 10 minute walk.
The hotel and the staff were particularly pleasing. It was our first stay there and hopefully not the last. Great place.

Millennium hotelPosted Sep 23, 2013
Clean and comfortable, but small rooms. Noise travels very well throughout the halls. I could hear the elevator at night and I was a few rooms down the hall. The parking ramp is very convenient, but it cost $16 per day. The location is nice, but it is a pretty far walk to Target Field and the Metrodome.

Great hotelPosted Sep 18, 2013
The hotel is located near the south end of downtown Minneapolis and has been recently renovated. Generally the room is clean, adequately spacious and AC functions well. The bed could be a little lower. Occasionally noise in the corridor can be heard in the hotel room. The staff is friendly and helpful; service is great.

Beautiful HotelPosted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The rooms are beautifully re-done, But $5 a day to rent a fridge, and also for the bottled water is ridiculous!!!!!

Great option right off downtown MPLSPosted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
It seems like this property has been refreshed and they did a great job. The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff, in particular, are on their game. Highly recommended.

Nice hotelPosted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was nice, updated, affordable, close to many attractions. Room could have need cleaner. Found dirty socks in the closet and mirror was dirty, also hair in sink and sink was clogged. No hot run either, just pool and sauna. Would stay again.
