I am handicapped. Good parking but no rail at door access for hotel. Nobody helped with bags.

We enjoyed the location and the staff. Our room was just ok. The air conditioning was loud and the shower took forever to warm up. Our room was felt damp.

Nice hotel on Nicolette Street.

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: Tell patrons about the train. I thought I only had two choices, cab or Super Shuttle. (both expensive)
There was construction up and down the street, so we had to be careful of trucks and piles of rock and rubble. But generally, quiet comfortable and clean. Best of all, it was close to everything. There is a light rail (train) just 5-6 blocks from the hotel. I was going to pay $19 for the Super Shuttle to get to the airport, but the train was only 75 cents for seniors, $1.75 for general, and it went right to the airport and The Mall of America.

Horrible service

Posted Jul 25, 2015
1. Had to wait 30 min for the appetizer to arrive. After 45 minutes waiting for the Entrée, cheese hamburger, had to cancel order and leave. 2. Cheese Hamburger was served with melted plastic on the cheese. 3. Express morning room service flyer was posted on door the night before, my order was not delivered.

Not a five-star, but very reasonable and pleasant

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Location. Since it is located at the southern tip of Nicolett Mall, you can walk up one side of the street and walk down on the other and see it all.
Cons: A more quiet hair dryer lol !
Location: Easily walkable to the sculpture garden and the Walker Museum on the southern end, and to the Missisippi River on the northern end.
I had no trouble with the room. Bed and pillow was comfortable, spacious enough, showers worked well, amenities replenished everyday, room temperature easily adjustable (although the air conditioning fans were a bit loud), etc. For the rates, reasonable, if you're not really expecting a five-star treatment.

Overall my experience was good but the house keepers came into our room while we were sleeping starting around 8 am...knocked and then walked right in.

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Checking in was really the best part!
Location: We were there for a concer at target field it is a bit of a walk but really got to see alot of nice things on the way!
We were greeted upon arrival by a wonderful front desk clerk (Lori) she was pleasant and very friendly. The room was nice maybe a bit small and no microwave but we weren't in the room much anyway.

寝るところ

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros:
