Room was lovely with comfortable beds. Pool and gym were well stocked and taken care of. Location is fantastic! And the pancake maker is unique and fun!

Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We told the front desk we smelled gas and they say it’s ok it’s just sewage. They switch us to another room where the shower head didn’t stay up, the curtains were broken, and we kept running out of hot water.

There was one person on duty to check in swarms of people. Thank goodness the people waiting were all patient and kind. The you man working alone was so nice and treated everyone like they were the only guest in the lobby. The front door wouldn’t stop opening and closing and somehow, they had run out of room keys so the fact that things went so smooth is wonderful!!

Absolutely the best hotel in the area around the airport. Great transport to and from the airport, even though it was a rental van, the drivers were great. Room was clean, and quiet, all in all a great stay.

The room was nice but dirty. The toilet seat had what looked like period blood on it. The office chairs arms were filthy and bathtube had tiny hairs along the bottom of it.

It was vert quiet in the night in the hotel. I did not like it that there was no hot tub on sight and the water in the pool was cold so that the kids started to freeze very fast. That wasn't enjoyable

The things I liked: breakfast was good and convenient. The beds are super comfy! The things I didn’t like: The pool was in use a lot and on some nights after it closed it was very foggy. it needed to be shocked and chlorinated. I was disappointed when I was told that the parking lot was meant for Park and Fly customers who weren’t staying at the hotel at the time. I was told I had to park in the parking lot across from the hotel which means crossing a busy street. It was very inconvenient since I had a lot of things with me. May or may not stay here again… who knows

Was disappointed that we had to pay a $15 parking fee for only staying for 6 hours before our flight took off. Otherwise the place was clean and nice
