Breakfast

Cons: The hot tub whirlpool was not working but since it was Christmas Day it could not be fixed.
Location: The Mall of America. The Minnesota Zoo.
It was excellent with variety of eggs, bacon, and sausage alternating days so not always the same. One of the best where breakfast is included. The pool was a nice size.

Not horrible

This hotel needs some updating in the rooms. The hallway and room had a stale old smoke smell. It overall was ok. Very curtious staff and l would stay again.

Pros: the rooms including the bathroom were very clean
Cons: Have donuts for breakfast.
Location: I have going to this location since 1995. specks for it self.
when there are no problems I like the motel. We had NO problems. We were very happy with our stay.

Excellent accommodation

Everything was so convenient and helpful. I was told breakfast bar was open at 7 am but to our delight, it was open for us when we left much earlier than that. The location is great.

Worthy of anther stay

We had a wonderful time in Minneapolis and were very satisfied with the Quality Inn Eagan. Loved the location, the staff was courteous and friendly, the hotel breakfast better than many I've had, the beds comfortable. The only negatives were I noticed the ceiling paint around the tub needed touching up and there were a few mold spots on the bathtub gout that I mentioned to the room maid. Aside from that, everything was nice and clean. I would go back again and would recommend to friends.

Change in ownership

We did not get the room type requested. The hotel said it only doesn't promise to fill hotel.com requests. We had stayed here often when it was a Holiday Inn Express and never had problems. The toilet kept running by he lighting in bathroom was poor. The sink drained very slowly. We had two almost empty rolls of toilet paper. No microwave in room. Nearest one far far from room. Building had odd odor overall. Staff not very friendly or helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. Maintenance and housekeeping have been notified of the issues you experienced during your stay. We have also put microwaves and fridges in all our rooms. We did change brands in July but we are under same ownership and management. We hope you give us another try because I am sure you will have a better experience than this one.
