Old rooms desperately in need of updating.

Posted Apr 13, 2015
The rooms were old and dark. The shower head was rusting the carpet was torn. The safe was broken. I will not stay there again.

Should've Paid Less

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The transportation and the people who ran the shuttle bus. Very reliable and willing to take you anywhere nearby or pick you up anywhere nearby 24/7.
Cons: The business center. Spraying for ants.
Location: Mall of America was nearby. Light rail for getting down town was close, too.
The hotel was the only semi-affordable hotel near the city during our stay. Transportation to and from airport and Mall of America was convenient and the best part about it. It was pretty expensive, though, for the overall quality. I was surprised when breakfast wasn't free--not even the continental breakfast that was served on the weekend. We even had to pay to get little things that we had left at home--like cheap razors. (All the other hotels I've ever been to will supply these for you.) We had ants in our room. The business center had one broken computer, one slow computer with a printer without ink, and part of the ceiling had fallen down.

Pros: Only hotel in the area that provide park and fly for 2 weeks. - Will consider other hotels and pay more due to the uncaring attitude.
Cons: Front desk staff, daytime could use some customer service training.
overcharged. Supervisor was able to locate the reservation , while the front desk staff said it didn't exist and did little to help resolve the problem. Uncaring front desk staff, except for the night/early morning guy. He is very personable with the clients.

Really old hotel that needs to be renovated

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Cons: RENOVATE!
Room was chilly, single pane windows that were iced over, heat was running the entire time, floor was cold. Bathroom was ancient with really funky shower. Refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. Had to get room key/card replaced 4 times for a three night stay. It was clean, but definitely a 2 star hotel. Staff was ok, not sure helpful or friendly.

Hotel was really close to the mall.

My room was good for the price. Needs bigger bath tubs and hotel needs to invest in better pillows. The ones the had we're really old and flat. Very uncomfortable.

Not bad for the price

Posted Feb 17, 2015
This hotel is what you would expect for the price. It was clean and the staff was friendly, but don't expect many extras, and just pray that you don't have loud people next to you because you will hear them quite clearly. Overall it is a cheap clean hotel that is just a hop skip and a jump to Mall of America.

Hotel was okay. Did not clean the room and provide fresh towels for the two night stay.
