Good locationPosted May 11, 2015
Pros: Close to everything. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Shuttles to mall if we need it.
Cons: Clean the carpets.
Location: Good location. Close to highways.
Good location, close to Mall of America, IKEA , near highway and airport. Like hotel lobby, breakfast area. Hotel staff friendly. Just one issue - hallway in front of our room, carpet was smelly. Please change it or clean it. Otherwise it was cool.

Clean, comfortable, close to the Mall and Airport.Posted Mar 24, 2015 on Hotels
the hotel stay was a good experience overall. The room was well-organized, clean and comfortable. One unusual thing about it was the lack of controllable room temperature. I saw no thermostat or heating/cooling controls anywhere. It did get a bit chilly overnight in the room, but out in the hallways it was warmer. The vents controlling air in/out of our room may have been closed or disconnected. It wasn't cold in the room during the day, but overnight it cooled off considerably. The breakfast buffet was very good. We didn't take advantage of the other amenities such as the pool due to a lack of time.
