I see the pictures didn't do it justice it was above my expectation and I loved that the pool wasn't chlorinated it was saltwater. My only complaint would be that I had the Do Not disturbs magnet on the door and 3 hours before it's time to check out without a knock housekeeping it tried entering the room other than that it was great front desk was friendly and curious and on top of helping me out when first came in

Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Staff showed up to clean our room a bit early every day. We were still in bed. They never returned to clean our room after that first attempt, even though we told them to come back at a certain time (always before noon). We stayed a week and only had our room cleaned twice. Not by choice. Breakfast is above average.

Great location with a few fixes needed
Very convenient location to highway, Caribou Coffee, Crisp Greens and McDonalds. No restaurant on site. Bed was uneven and uncomfortable. A floor tile popped off during a quick movement into the kitchenette area. Kitchenette was very convenient and well-supplied with nice wine glasses. Our room was ready when we arrived. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating on all shifts. The fresh baked cookies were a welcome treat after our 4hour drive.

My staying was terrific! This hotel is beautiful and clean. I"ll undoubtedly go back. The hot breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. I was impressed with the staff's kindness and politeness. I also loved the lobby. The arrangement with the fireplace is so fantastic! The bed was comfortable, I had a good night of sleep.

Overall everything was very good. The only complaints would be that the room had a chemical smell from the cleaning agents and the pool was colder than we’re used to.

I never checked in due to car trouble and a 6 hour drive and they wouldnt give me a credit or refund my money. Then i asked the girl on the phone to leave a message for her supervisor and ask them to call me back, yup that never happened.

The room was very nice. Enjoyed the kitchen area!! Breakfast was awesome. We went to use the pool and it was a great pool area. The only thing was the pool was too cold. Once you got use to it, it was ok.
