Great place for families or sports teams to stay. The pool is in the middle of the hotel so it does get loud. It was fine for me because I could peek out of my room and look in on my teenage son in the pool.

Great surprise
I've driven by the hotel many times and was surprised to see how nice it was when I checked in. Full service hotel with restaurant, bar, pool, whirl pool, daily room cleaning and lots of free parking across the street from the Ridgedale Mall! Very nice!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very humid and warm. I did request a fan and the first one didn't work so the engineer brought another. He asked to come in to check the thermostat and then stalled to leave. I had to firmly ask him 3-4 times to leave my room. It was very uncomfortable and very inappropriate.
