“We love this hotel!”

The hotel is very pet friendly. The rooms are roomy with L'occitane products.

“Super friendly staff”

Very friendly and helpful staff all around. Restaurant is nice with good food. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hotel is in the middle of office park wasteland off of the Interstate - but so are all the other hotels in this area. If this location is right for you then the Sofitel is A+

“Disappointed in Minnesota”

The Staff was cold, unattentive, and other than some outstanding service in the restraunt, I thought it was over rated. Told the front desk I was a light sleeper, could they accomodate me, so what does she do...she puts us on top of the freeway. I thought it was a total bummer :(

“Great Hotel!”

The hotel and staff were wonderul. They were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The beds are so comfortable. We love the bar and the bartenders, Elizabeth & Joshua. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Minnesota.

“Was a great place to stay.”

With the exception of a toilet that required holding down the handle, it was a wonderful and clean hotel to stay in.

“Will go back”

We enjoyed it immensely but you need to add an upper sheet to the bed. It is just to warm to cover with the duvet all night.

“Great deal!”

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, very clean and I have not experienced hotel staff this friendly and efficient in a long time. It was truly a "European" style hotel. Also, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the bistro had the best croissants this side of the Atlantic. I would be thrilled to stay there again.

“A Good Hotel”

At the standard price per room, it was probably overpriced. Thought the layout of the lobby was not the best, but the room was very comfortable. Does not have a swimming pool or hot tub which would have been nice to relax at in the evening. Overall, a nice hotel.
