My room was probably wasn’t up to code and the staff was rude as hell at front desk and I got charged double for deposit and my ac was broken, also no screen in window of room. The elevator smelled like urine.

Room and photos do not match outdated facility inside or out. Roach came up thru bathtub. 2nd floor bathroom had loose dirt in and around corners.

So, although i gave this a 3 star rating, don't let it fool you... if i did this a year ago, I'd ask them to give ME stars... this place is so much better since new owners took over... the new owner is great, and he helped us in many ways... overall the staff is friendly... The rooms are about as basic as it gets...a bed, nightstand, table, and tv... oh, and hardwood floors that amplifies every sound above and below you... there are only 2 pillows and you can't get extra... smoking is only allowed on 3rd floor, but can be smelled throughout the place... on the weekends they have 2 uniformed officers doing security... CONCLUSION: There is alot of work to change this place from what it used to be and still has issues, but they are working hard at fixing this...i stay here frequently and have seen the change... the best part, no deposit required for getting a room, but they don't accept cash, credit or debit card only. .. but be warned, if anyone is with you, they better have an ID or they won't be let in... keep up the good work guys...

There was a domestic abuse argument above me all night so I left at 7 am because I never was able to go fall asleep. There were dogs barking. It was terrifying

Everybody there like the employees will help you if you don't know your way around very professional super staff they're really cleaned up the place and it's reasonable to stay at that is convenient to get a dog to go downtown and do a few things if you have to go

It will be the first and the last time. The hall ways were very smelly of smoking. People were being very loud and the shower was not working. Literally, we had to use our hands to scooper up the water from the down spout to rinse our body.

Place was ok, had all the basics that you need and was right by a bus stop going downtown. Facilities outside the rooms were a bit dirty though, and the TV didn't come with a working remote and there was no temperature control for the rooms.

I loved the service. The housekeeping was nice and respectful. The room could have been cleaner but it was because of nail polish being stuck on the floor. The room overall was clean. Loved the service because they were so nice. Overall I loved staying at the hotel.

Quality of lodging and service in line with the price. Covered my needs certainly well enough - a bed, a bathroom, and a lock on the door. No frills basics for the traveler on a budget. Security present at night.
