“Marquette Regular”

I generally stay at the Marquette when visiting Minneapolis on business. However, this past weekend, my spouse and I stayed at the Marquette for our weekend away. As usual, the service and comfort of the hotel was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back, for business and pleasure.

“The breakfast service was not what I paid”

When we bought the package for the hotel it specified it included breakfast buffet. This was not honored by the hotel, as they gave "a la carte" breakfast. After I claimed for the situation they argued it had to be a mistake because they did not serve such a service. We only received a limited breakfast coverage, and many of the options in the menu did not include coffee or orange juice, which we had to pay separately. Also, parking was substantially raised from when we made the search and selected the hotel.

“way overrated”

staff was rude at the front desk. 20 minute waits daily for the elevators were ridiculous. the only "save" for the weekend was Basil's restaurant, the wait staff and housekeeping. way overpriced for the service; amenities cost extra

We stayed in the one king bedroom suite! It was so beautiful with a large living area! Would definitely go back!
