Construction understandable!

Definitely needed work. People at desk friendly. Housekeepers did well with cleaning. Under construction. Stayed on next floor under work and was a little loud on our last night. I assume they hoped we had checked out. Didn't use amenities but had restaurant and lounge available. I believe it will be very nice when completed. With expedia discount it was fine for the money.

Not a bad place for a short stay

Pros: Like I said, it's a little frayed around the edges.
Cons: They're already doing some renovation. I don't know how extensive it will be, but the property could sure use it.
Location: You're right off a major highway and near shopping and restaurants.
I had stayed at this property before, when it was under previous management. This time, the hotel definitely looked a little worse for wear. I understand it's undergoing some renovation. That said, the reception desk staffer was polite and efficient and the room was perfectly adequate for our overnight stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything worked!

Pros: nothing
Old hotel. smell of the hotel room. There are no towels or nothing in the room. I am scared of touching anything in the hotel. I paid through expedia for close to $100.00. When we got the room, the receipt printed as $70.00. Hotel staff did not give a proper explanation.

Very dirty

When we arrived the doors to the entrance were filthy and there was garbage around the front grounds. When we got to our room that evening. There was hair on our pillow. Hair in the sink and the shower had a ring around the tub. Then next morning when I took a shower the bottom of the tub was a slimy feel. The sofa in our room has "something" white on it. Towels were suppose to be white, but some were grayish brown and others had yellow stains on them. Some of them were shredded around the edges like something unusually use in my garage. The hotel staff was very nice,but very unprofessional. One actually asked my husband if he had any papers to roll a cigaret (well she didn't say cigaret so who knows what she wanted to roll. The bartender was extremely nice and made great drinks. This was good because I needed it in order to sleep here. Had we not pre paid and my daughter be there with her volleyball team. We would have checked out. I didn't feel comfortable leaving her behind. The location doesn't feel all that safe and wasn't close to anything. The finally adventure was when were getting ready to leave. My daughter was sitting on the edge of her bed and the bed collapsed under her. When we looked under it. It was being held together with duct tape. This is NOT a 31/2 star hotel! Very disappointed how it was advertised. Not even close

Overrated and overpriced.

A few mistakes were made with the booking on the hotels side of things. I ended up getting placed in the wrong room at first. They corrected this immediately tho without taking too much more time. However the room itself was not as expected. I opted for the more expensive "superior" room so that I could have a nicer more relaxing time. Upon entry of the room I noticed large thick amounts of dust on most of the furniture. On the ceiling, closest to the bathroom, there was visible signs of a leek dripping down. The facilities; pool, fitness center, and reception rooms were all in similar poor quality with little offered as to equipment and most items were broken. This is not the high end hotel it says it is.

Unprofessional staff, unorganized hotel

Our confirmed hotel room was not available when we checked into the hotel, but it took 30 minutes for the hotel staff to admit it to us. They yelled at each other in front of us. They said they were going to make sure our room was spotless, but admitted they were checking to see if rooms were occupied. They didn't even know which rooms were being used and which were not. They could not find another hotel in the area to stay in. We lost all our free time trying to figure out where to stay. Told us manager was in jeans and t-shirt and unable to meet with us!

Out experience wasn't that great we got woken up at 7am to banging and power tools going. The staff at the front desk mumbled a lot. Just could have had a better stay!

Thin walls

Furniture was cheap but the room was clean. Staff tried their best, but dinner was an hour anda half late because there were not enough kitchen staff. Walls were very thin so hard to sleep due to noise in the next rooms and hallway.

Don't stay there!

Pros: nothing!
Cons: everything!
Location: very unsafe area.
Horrible experience!!! worn out, dirty rooms. Felt unsafe the entire night that we slept there. Thankfully we only had to stay 0ne night and that was one night too long! Never again will we stay there, we would have been better off sleeping in our car. Nicely complained to the desk clerk and all she could say was "sorry" Save yourself! don't book at this hotel!

Under construction

There was a lot of construction noise during the day on Saturday when we arrived and the hotel hot tub, the reason for choosing that hotel, was not working.
