We liked our stay very much, room was clean, breakfast had good options and was good as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially after my kids misplaced their room key. I totally recommend the hotel. stars for the facility, just because it's not a newer hotel.

The only thing i like was the size of the hotel room but everything else about is no good. Needs to be fully renovated. Half of my stay the exit door closest to my room was unable to be opened with a card. There's a lot of water damage in the bathroom and under kitchen sink. The bathtub fills up during a shower. The water pressure is too high to the point it hurts/ uncomfortable. I paid for 8 nights in full otherwise i would've went somewhere else

It was very cold in my 2 bedroom suite. The front desk changed my room. And initially I thought problem solved. So after 45mins to 1 hour cold cold room all over again. I adjusted the temperature and nothing the heat barely blew from the vents. Mind it was like 7 degrees with a lower wind chill factor. Hotel mgr Kaylah did try her best to accommodate and rectify my situation. But it’s only so much employees can do. Especially when it comes to physical plant of a property. The windows were shut but a lot of cold air was coming through. Had to boil water and use extra blankets to stay warm. Unfamiliar with the area and no transportation I had to deal with it from Sun to Wed. Upon checking out I spoke with GM Sherry and was promised 1 full night comp refund for my inconvenience. Will follow up the hotel on that. Which is not a lot but at least it is an attempt to make things right besides that nice hotel.

Nice hotel. There was a hole in the curtains but they had dark out blinds behind them so no real issue from my part. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is absolutely the best deal for a hotel with a shuttle to the airport. They are experiencing some difficulty with their shuttle, so they had to rent a shuttle (plain white) for airport pick up. I Donely recommend to anyone needing the airport shuttle, to be aware that it might be a plain white shuttle, and check that out when you're waiting. Every time I come, the rooms are very clean, it's wonderful, because an entire kitchen is provided, oven, stove, top, full-size refrigerator. It's really perfect for a longer stay or if you don't like to get up early for breakfast and want to make your own breakfast. the front reception staff is always friendly and responsive and helpful. I don't know what anybody else could possibly need in a hotel! I'm so thankful for this place!

nice place -- lots of extras
We will stay here again if we're in the area. There are lots of nice places around to get food if needed. The room was nice and large with lots of extra space. The only negative(s) --> our room was closer to the highway so if you're a light sleeper you'll hear a lot of highway noise. Also, there were some people outside talking at night that was noisy. None of that really was a major negative overall. We really liked the place and like I said we'd stay here again. Price was great as well. Go Brewers

The staff was very accommodating. The outside of the hotel was gross. Garbage always full. The hotel entry smelled like weed 24/7. Rooms were ok. Pool was not cleaned at all.
