Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Great food and entertainment in the area, and the Prohibition bar was awesome. Parking in that area is a pain, and the price for valet parking is a little over the top.

Parking was a bit inconvenient but it’s in downtown so it was expected, but staffs and rooms were nice and up to standards. Would def recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious stay.

The bed linens were clean and very crisp (which I like) and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the bathroom. The lounge areas were beautiful and I loved the hotel bar. We would definitely stay there again.

Definitely not a super clean room, was easy to tell it either doesn’t get booked very often (it was right by the elevator) or if it truly had bad cleaners. The sheets were very uncomfortable, felt like paper. The complimentary birthday card in our room had the wrong name on it so that was disappointing. Unfortunately the night we stayed a private event was taking up the 27th floor so we couldn’t access the prohibition bar.

Our thermostat did not work and our room was incredibly hot. We did call the desk and nothing was done. Not even a call back. The 2nd night - out power went out in half of our room. Security had to come and look through our room at 1:30am for the fuse box. The hotel only comped 4 beers. I did email them and they had no response.

Ok stay
Perfect location and super fun late night. Loved the hotel. The only downfall was in the morning when we showered the entire bathroom flooded. We told the front desk and they sent someone to clean it up but we didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room while someone was in there cleaning. We really wanted a lazy morning and definitely did not get that. We left early due to this problem. They didn’t offer any sort of “sorry” about the inconvenience of the flooded bathroom.
