I liked the historical style of the rooms, but there are some things that need to be addressed. I believe that the rooms need to be maintained better, wall paper loose, bed uncomfortable, toilet loose.

We have a boat at one of the local marinas in the summer & we enjoy coming out on the off season as well and love the Riverview rooms. The two things we dislike are the lack of assistance & rude waitstaff at Charlies. I also own a business and we pride ourselves in customer service and I would rate that Restaurante staff a C- Not the biggest thing though and we look forward to our next stay! Thank you!

The ameneties were nice, but the exhaust fan in our room was half off the wall and super loud, and the rooms were super dark. No alarm clocks, no mini fridge, tiny shower. Overall it was clean and we would probably stay again.

I had the corner suite. My view was the bridge and river. It's was so quiet and beautiful over looking the balcony. The staff was the friendliest and accommodating. I cellars my birthday and can't wait to go back!!!

So sorry to hear this. All the beds were replaced when we did our renovation in 2019 & 20. What was wrong with it?

This is a historic property but they keep it up very well. Very good location we didn't have to drive after we arrived. The tubs are pretty loud. Service was wonderful from the Front desk to Charlie's.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, the room you booked through Expedia was not on the riverside of the hotel. It looks like you requested a room with two queen beds those rooms are only on the city side.

The fact it was in walking distance to everything downtown was nice. But there was a bunch of drunk loud people in the hallways at 2:00a.m. that woke my son and I up and there was a constant thudding throughout the entire night. Plus there was hair all over the bed and all over the bathroom floor. My son and I were pretty grossed out by that. I just wanted a calm relaxing get away for us and we got very little sleep. It was very disappointing. I would say it was NOT worth the money at all!!!

Love the new addition! Corner room -river view and balcony was worth the price compared to other hotels in area. Only thing to update is shower water pressure:) otherwise nice room! Oh and need your room card to run lights- didn’t figure that out - should be told that at front desk.

Wonderful staff. We had trouble getting into our room (the door was sticky). They came up with us to help. Later, we realized that the hot water barely worked on the hot tub. They switched us to a different room. Both rooms were wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back.

Great location in downtown Stillwater. We love staying in a vault room- this is our 2nd time. On the weekend fun live music in at the restaurant inside the hotel- a fun weekend getaway as a couple!

We have stayed at this property a few times in the past, and we always stayed in the basic room. Those are older but more of a unique feel. We decided on a balcony king room. We loved it. Huge room, with an awesome view and balcony. It was pretty cool out the first day and windy so we didn't sit out there. But the following morning it was beautiful and I sat out there with my coffee for a couple of hours. We love the location of the property. A couple things, we had to use our room key to turn on the lights in our room. Not sure what that is about. There is also no conditioner in the room. We tried to call for room service in the morning and were never able to get in touch with anyone so I walked to a nearby coffee shop which was fine since it ended up being a lot less expensive. We did go to the Irish pub on site for appetizers and listened to the Irish band. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very unique hotel.
We stayed in the older section. It was a wonderful experience. Fireplace was warm. Some issues with housekeeping but the front desk made everything work out. Cleansliness was not an issue although some maintenance could be done but easy to overlook.
