We don't travel much, but when we do our trips are always more enjoyable when we're staying in a clean, comfortable, welcoming hotel. The Holiday Inn Express in Shakopee has been all of those things and more each time that we've stayed there. The rooms are spacious, well kept, and fantastically comfortable. In the morning there's a large breakfast spread including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and much more. To sum it up, this place feels the way you WANT a hotel to feel while you're on the road. It feels like home, (albeit cleaner than MY home, haha) and to me, that's as good as it gets.

have stayed here several times and note continued improvements in the facility since changing over from the Northland Inn. Loved being able to add the exquisite and delicious breakfast buffet to my room rate for just a few extra dollars. ONly thing that could still use a boost is the pool and hot tub, making each larger. The workout room is Aplus.

There is something magical about this hotel. Old-fashioned charm, yet as clean and as modern in its facilities as one could hope for. We love the quietness of the sleeping rooms. This was our second stay here and just being here was a highlight of our stay in Saint Paul.
