“Pleasantly Surprised”

We needed a room last minute and gladly found this one via Expedia iPad app. Everything was great - new, clean, quiet (except for some guys barbecuing until midnight but that really wasn't a biggie), kitchen and fridge were convenient, very friendly staff. Location was good and I even used the exercise room, which I often don't do because they're usually not very clean or updated. All equipment was new and clean.

Very clean and comfy, cant wait to come back! Easy to get in at the last minute, kitchenette was stocked and convenient

We only needed overnight accommodations so the 1 bedroom suite was overkill but was the only room I could locate in Minot at the last minute. It was expensive as is everything there at this time. The room was excellent and I could have enjoyed a longer stay. The kitchen was well equipped for a small unit. All furnishings were in like-new condition.

“Great room”

The room itself was excellent. There was plenty of parking. The lady at the front desk gave me wrong info when I checked in saying how my card was declined and my room wasn't paid for, when I knew for a fact that I paid for my room a week before. After calling her manager she figures it out and then everything is A-ok.
