Unfortunately we didn’t even get the chance to stay at the property and the staff was unwilling to accommodate us. We came by train and were delayed bc of a train accident with a fatality. The staff was unwilling to comp our missed visit. We wanted to come stay a different night, but were unable to pay again. My kids were disappointed.

The place was great but the chlorine in the pool area is horrible. Myself and the kids couldn’t stay very long it made them cough and my eyes just burned and watered.

Nice hotel. Was very busy and loud on a Saturday night. Bar was small annd closed very early for an weekend, and e-tab machines were turned off because they didn’t have any money. Rooms were nice though!

The hotel is modern and kept up, the rooms are nice and spacious, the water slides are a lot of fun. We specifically chose this hotel for the water slides. Our family had a blast there and took advantage of the slides as much as possible. The rooms are nice and spacious. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure, but there were lots of hot water. We stayed 3 nights but only had housekeeping once. We think they forgot about our room. We ended up asking for additional towels and toilet paper (because there is never enough). The beds are hard, but still better than others we have stayed at. The pillows are extremely soft - we all woke up with stiff necks. We were completely surrounded by units with dogs. Barely heard them barking unless we were in the hallway. I have a high allergy to dogs and brought medication with me to handle the dander/hair. I would recommend that there be non-animal rooms available, as I am sure there had been animals in our room previously. Breakfast was good and hot. Lots of variety and the staff kept up with the demand well. I constantly saw their workers cleaning tables, counters and sweeping up areas. It was nice to see that they were keeping the facility clean. Thank you!!! The only downfall I would say is that the breakfast area is not very large - many people were eating in the bar/lounge area or check in area with the couches. May need to invest in more room for eating.

Great location, breakfast, and staff. Rooms were clean. The pool and water slides were fun for the kids; however the water was quite murky. The pool needed to be cleaned desperately and the water needs to be drained. Kids did not seem to mind though.

Rooms are clean, staff was friendly, check in was easy. Only thing to complain about snow clearing in the parking lot would be nice. Salt on icy areas would be a bonus too.

Room was good. Our family loved the pool and slides. Only thing to complain about there was that the pool water and air temperature were both very cold. Made getting in a challenge but otherwise great. All but one staff were amazing. Polite, accommodating, and worked hard. The only exception was the gentleman who checked us in the first day. He was gruff and seemed annoyed that he had to deal with us, despite us being the only people there. Probably just having a bad day.

We chose the hotel because of the pool and waterslide for the kids. The water was very cold, but they had fun. Lots of kids in the halls up until the pool closed at 11 pm because, well, people with kids stay here for the pool. Great staff, and the continental breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. The pull-out couch bed won't win any awards for adult comfort, but kids wouldn't mind it. We'd stay again.

Hello, I was very disappointed with the sofa bed. When we pulled it out there was a significant amount of food, crumbs, misc on it. Once I cleaned that up, it was so uneven the part closest to the couch was about an inch lower than the extended part. Coils were prominent and it was unable to be slept on. The hotel was full, so we didn’t complain, as there was no rooms to put us in. Very disappointed.
