Nice Hotel for PricePosted Jan 3, 2015
We pretty much loved everything about this hotel, except the pool area was pretty cold. Granted it was -10 with -45 windchill outside, so that may have had something to do with it. The breakfast, room, and staff were all wonderful.

Nice hotel close to mallPosted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: Could grab a coffee on the way out or in! Becky was super friendly!
Location: Near the mall and shopping. Near starbucks and some great restaurants!
We were re-directed to this hotel - wasn't our first pick but were very pleased with it - it was close to the mall and shopping which was the purpose of the trip. Rooms were clean and quiet!

highly recommend !!!Posted Nov 11, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, and service
Cons: They could find more staff like Rebecca D.
Location: The hotel is located close to mall, and many other stores and good restaurants
Spent 3 nights here. There were 11 of us. They up graded our room ( which was beautiful, clean and very spacious ) so all our family could be together. Front desk employees, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, more than enough variety and always maintained well. On Sunday morning the restaurant was very busy, Rebecca D. Front office manager, had someone not show up for work, this very nice young women ran both kitchen and front desk, she went way above and beyond good service. I'm sure many other people in her shoes would have gone home. Service was great in both spots and she never gave up her smile. This young lady seemed to be at work all the time, country inn and suites should be very greatful they have her working for them. I highly recommend the Counrty Inn and Suites in Minot, and hope Renecca, stays for along time

Poor service - Nice place.Posted Oct 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Nice place, but the low unemployment rate of ND makes it hard for hotels to find good employees. Fire alarm went off due steam from the hotels laundry area. 1st room was not cleaned... 2nd room fine. Would I stay here again? - Yes if the price was right. Panera Bread next door is a great option if you get tired of the plastic free breakfasts that all these overnight stop places give you.

All around great hotelPosted Oct 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
A very nice place to stay. Check in was pleasant and efficient. Room was clean, spacious and relatively quiet. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was excellent, better than most. Didn't use the pool or exercise room but looked good. Was able to get a reduced rate so that was a welcome bonus Right across the street from Kohl's was also good.

Close to all the shoppingPosted Oct 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very clean and quiet hotel. Free coffee all day long, excellent breakfast each morning. All the shopping centers are nice and close. Very easy to find and navigate to. I highly recommend this place and will return on my next getaway.

Close to the mall and a few good restaurants! Breakfast was ok but wasn't fully replenished most of the time with food, cutlery or coffee. Overall though good experience and friendly staff!!

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very conveniently located and the continental breakfast had a nice variety and was very good! Enjoyed our stay and if we return to Minot we will definitely plan our stay here.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The front desk personnel were very professional and provided great service. The continental breakfast was really good. The only downside to the stay was the temperature of the pool...it was freezing! My wife and I traveled with our three kids...ages 5, 3, and 1. They were looking forward to the pool more than any other part of our trip. After a couple minutes in the pool, we had to be done as the 5 and 3 year old were shivering uncontrolably. The 1 year old didn't even get in. Even without the kids, the pool was too cold to enjoy.
