After a 15 hour drive from Canada, we were told our reservation wasn't found and was cancelled by Expedia. There were two very nice ladies at the front desk who were trying to find a solution to the problem but another male staff member was extremely rude to me. Ultimately, they did put us up in 2 rooms (which unfortunately were past smoking rooms and very very musty). When we spoke to the morning staff member, she was very nice about the situation. I contacted Expedia and they reported the hotel cancelled the room. Not sure where the miscommunication is between the hotel/Expedia/us but it was not a good experience. But again, I do want to stress that the 2 female staff members during the evening and the one in the morning were lovely and working hard.
