The Quality Inn was anything but quality: the first room I went to smelled so badly of smoke I had to ask for another room. After going back and forth from the third floor to the front desk four times, the second room never opened (the clerk couldn’t get it to open either). The third room smelled like urine, was gross so I slept in the chair because the bed stunk. The elevator looked like had never been cleaned or swept. In the morning, after waiting until 6:20 in left without breakfast or coffee because the never opened.

The shower head was coming out of the wall so the front desk moved us to a new room which was nice. We got a roll away and the mattress pad had a few stains on it so we didnt use it and put extra blanket on mattress. The french toast at breakfast was hard around the edges.

The room smelt very musty and the carpet seemed damp. There was a squished spider on the wall in the bathroom, I dont know how housekeeping missed that. The bathroom floor looks like it needs a good clean. Room needs updating. The front desk clerk was very unprofessional. Because of all of the above we cut our stay short and booked somewhere else after the first night.

Property is outdated and falling apart. The ice machine was leaking water, the carpets all stained and needing a vacuum, the elevator sounds like it will get stuck at any moment and hasnt been cleaned ever and to top it off, the bar was closed. I do not recommend this property.

As far as the rates they were higher then usual due to the North Dakota State Fair being in town. The staff was amazing and rooms where decent . But most def needs upgraded beds, paint and other random thing such as lamp shades where broke and shower head was leaking causing damage to the wall. Other then that it was quiet and just on the putaide of town. Very close to the airport.

After a 15 hour drive from Canada, we were told our reservation wasn't found and was cancelled by Expedia. There were two very nice ladies at the front desk who were trying to find a solution to the problem but another male staff member was extremely rude to me. Ultimately, they did put us up in 2 rooms (which unfortunately were past smoking rooms and very very musty). When we spoke to the morning staff member, she was very nice about the situation. I contacted Expedia and they reported the hotel cancelled the room. Not sure where the miscommunication is between the hotel/Expedia/us but it was not a good experience. But again, I do want to stress that the 2 female staff members during the evening and the one in the morning were lovely and working hard.
