Hotel was easily accessible from the main hiway. We were welcomed by the front desk attendant and our request for room location was accomodated with ease. Perhaps the most quiet room of our 2 week trip!

It's a pretty nice hotel for the price. The toilet seat screws were a little loose, but nothing a screwdriver can't fix!

Place was clean but the beds were very hard wish hotels would invest in better beds comforters and pillows.

Most everything was average. Our carpet had dirt clumps and the bathroom had hair all over the floor. The staff were nice and check in and out was great. This really bothered me!There were some children under 10 or 12 who were cleaning rooms in the morning when went to checkout.

Lack of staffing and unsafe elevator is what stopped us from giving it a 5star rating Having a sleeping guy in dirty clothes behind the desk with his feet on the counter is not what you expect at check in or upon return to the hotel

Current rating does not reflect present condition. This place provides very basic lodging. Hotel is aging and needs updates and improved staffing. Price is affordable but still poor value for the money. Breakfast is very meager with no hot food.. Cleaning is poor. Garbage containers in stairwells not emptied till a few days after they were full. Stairways not vacuumed regularly with small papers sitting for a few days before cleaning. Gym is very poor. TV is situated so it can not be seen when on treadmill. Treadmill was covered with dust. Staff promised to clean but only did a few places.

Comfort at a GREAT price
The beds/pillows were very comfortable. The location is perfect - close to everything, but far enough away from the noise. The water pressure and water heat were good. The room could use another couple hangers (6 would be perfect). The breakfast was lacking but better than nothing. Possibly add muffins, bagels, yogurt. We will definitely stay again.

Our room was pretty dirty, and the pillows lacked quality. You could tell housekeeping isn't trying very hard. The headboard also had hand prints all over it, which was pretty gross. I won't stay at this hotel again, as I know there are better (and worse) properties around.

Clean, safe and kind staff here. I did not like that there were no hot, nor hard boiled eggs at breakfast. Perhaps they could include a breakfast burger for those who want one. Room noisy, walls thin. King bed was not a pillow top. This place is safe ,convenient and clean. Gym had broken equipment so hubby could not work out.

Trip from hell
Our trip was a trip from hell at the Sierra Inn. We have stayed there many times and never had this experience. First asked for a room close to elevator as have walking issues We were put in room 234 at the end of hall. We booked 2 rooms and wanted adjoining rooms. We didn't get that either. The front desk employee had her grandkids there in the moring. Clothes, shoes, etc all over the front lobby sitting area. I love to go get the paper and read it while waiting for family members to finish breakfast Could even get to the papers. Kids also had tv full plast which was very unpleasent and laying on the back of the sofa and chairs like a bunch of monkeys. We didn't pay to come to a day care Very disappointed

It's a good location near major roads with nearby shopping and eating. I couldn't get the little fridge to work (not a huge issue) but the front desk folks are quite good and easy to check-in and out.
