We booked the room and let them know we had 2 dogs. When we got there to check in after driving 16 hours they told us we had to pay an additional $150 for our dogs. The inside of the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. I’ve stayed in much more modern hotels for half the price. The staff was very rude.

Although we are a pet friendly hotel, we do charge a fee.for that amenity. You can find that information in Expedia under Policies. We apologize that this was not to your liking and we did adjust the charge.

This hotel has fell off. My room looked as if it were never cleaned. I understand not changing sheets if staying less than 5days, but changing out the towels, taking the trash out and wiping down the room wouldn’t have been all that bad to do. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was perfect! Clean, safe, quiet, close to main attractions and provided great amenities within the king suite!

Let me start with all the staff were excellent. Unfortunately I had several occasions to confer with them. They put us in a room that shouldn’t have been used. Missing chairs, table, and very small. Fortunately the second day of four we moved to a much better room. Very little road noise from I-75. It had a desk chair with an arm that had the plastic peeling off. Twice we ran out of hot water in the shower. Very limited choices of tv stations. The problem seemed to be with the upper management and investing in the business. Again the staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They tried to solve any problems they could.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I am truly sorry that your experience was hindered by the conditions of our location and facilities. We have been awaiting chair parts for a long time and recently replaced 40 arm rests. Our accessible rooms don't typically have an office chair, however we installed some after receiving this notice. With regard to the hot water, we do our best to troubleshoot the issue. It is often difficult to isolate which shower valve is causing the issue as the cold water tends to affect multiple units. I am thankful that our staff was able to provide you comfort during your stay and do their best to resolve the issues.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks awaiting the closing if my house and I was amaze at the great service from the staff, the room was very clean, the kitchen associate was always making sure i found anything i need it. I was very happy with my stay there.

Everything was okay the only issue is that they cannot provide housekeeping on time that maybe you needed we have to advise with one or two days in advance.
