Staffs are very courtesy and friendly. They are willingly to assist customer's check-in or check-out arrangement. They are very helpful to introduce the surrounding area.

This Miri Marriott and its sister property Mulu Marriott in Borneo, is fabulous. I injured my leg and they were so attentive without me asking for any assistance, I was pleasantly astounded! The people were just amazing, the service was impeccable, the facilities gorgeous, everything and everyone was very efficient without losing the caring aspect, and total quality service that exceeded my expectations. Thank you and thank you again.

Would not stay again. Food beyond expensive and almost not inedible. The pillows were so hard and flat it was better to sleep without them. Very very disappointment given the amount of money that was spent. A lot of spa treatments that was advertised were not available this was also the case for drinks at the bar. Would not stay again nor recommend.

The room was big and nice. The pool was fantastic. Overall the hotel needs an uplift of their rooms, facilities and improvement on their cleanliness. Please remove the cats, so many stray cats around the poperty.

Food a bit pricey but other than that everything was good. Kids club was good with ps4 and Xbox. Breakfast spread was good too. We will be back

Well done to the housekeeping team. Did their job brilliantly. Premier room comes with 2 queen size bed which is good for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

Family trip not going so well.
Understaff, in-room dining is relatively slow. We have to wait for at least 1hour plus to get our meal done. Entirely run down, and the garden landscaping seems like no maintenance had been done for quite a while. The water heater is not working. The maintenance team has told me, only one boiler is available, and the hotel is fully booked on the weekend. No point to have a bathtub if the water heater is not working, so no me-time for my wife. Quite disappointed. On the good side, the bellboy is very friendly, and the swimming pool is very spacious.

3 days stay they didnt change our towels
Room was pleasant & comfy but housekeeper didnt change towels when makeup room. our bathroom smell like cigarettes smoke indicates housekeeper smoking inside. We complained they just give us spray to remove the smell but we have to do it ourselves! It’s a 5 star hotel should give us better service than this! No bath tub Floor got sand Food expensive, RM50 looks like RM10 food Kids playhouse dont have many toys & dirty Sliding door at balcony no lock
