Had to wait to have a room cleaned at 1 am.

At 1 am after concert we had to wait for room to be cleaned 1/2 wait and others after us had to wait longer. Then they only did half job at cleaning spiders in the corners and really needed to clean the floor

Sad motel in need of remodeling.

Pros: Location. Outside look.
Cons: Badly in need of remodeling. Old, outdated, not secure. Horrible breakfast.
Second time to stay at this motel. Worst breakfast bar ever. Noisy, security locks did not work and the room lock was flimsy.

Disappointing Accommodations

Pros: When I needed to change rooms due to the bug situation they did manage to locate a room for me.
Cons: The facility needs to improve pest treatments and work vigorously on cleaning.
My hotel room had a bug infestation and numerous cleanliness issues. Bugs were in the pillows and the bed linens.

Location: Good location
At the counter, I was told that I booked special need room, on my reservation sheet I booked 1rm 2 guest, king size bed. He assigned me to a family room. The room didn't smell good. The bed was not completely made. The floor was not vacuum, The telephone in the room was not working cable broken off. Very noisy in the night out your door. Food trash left in front of your door in the mornings. Vent in bathroom very low and extremely noisy. We went for a breakfast on your last day. The food was pitiful only egg and mugging/gravy. I asked for water and I was told to go to the front desk for water. I went there and it was a water filter and small cups sitting by it like kids cups. Check out, I was told to get my receipt from Expedia. I was not given any check sheet.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience: Your points are well taken. Because of the extra-ordinary large number of guests that choose Ramada’s for extra amenities, large indoor pool, indoor badminton court, Arcade games, pool table, air-hockey table and the several lounge chairs in the Courtyard Ramada has added extra staff to address these issues as guests fill all 151 rooms several nights a week.

The room was humid and stuffy, smelled of mildew, and the breakfast was a poor excuse for breakfast. My husband called this the "ghetto" of hotels. I said, this is where hotels go to die.

I apologize for any inconvenience. Ramada Hotel, Overland Park, an older hotel, has a large Courtyard domed with unique amenities that area hotels do not have. Ramada’s biggest attraction is the very large swimming pool with pool side rooms of which the hotel is SOLD out on most weekends as guests come from miles for their families to enjoy these unique amenities. In the last 70 days, 58 days it has rained as reported by a local radio station thus causing humidity to be high.

Horrible Hotel

The hotel was disgusting! The first room the tried to put us in was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. Our second room had visible mold in the bathroom, the wall plate for the cable outlet was hanging off. It took 30 minutes to check in. There were kids running up and down the hall at 10:30 at night and were screaming. We saw several people standing and sitting outside of the hotel drinking and smoking. There was trash scattered throughout the parking lot. I will NEVER stay there again.

Remodeling.....old facility

All other hotelsnwere booked. Front desk was a very nice and efficient. Facility was dirty on outside. Dated room but clean as could expect.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was bad. Room was a 2 star, not great but it was clean and the AC worked fine. Nice courtyard.

Dirty room but nice front desk service

Toilet was broken. Board above the outside door fell down and you could see daylight. 1 room key out of 5 worked sometimes

I apologize for any inconvenience. I’ll relate your concerns to staff. Keys do get messed up sometimes either the magnetic strip gets demagnetized due to an electronic devise too close to it, or guests ask for extra keys and the Desk Clerk issued a new key not a Jointer Key. This would cancel out the other key.
