Our help at the front Desk (Tim I believe is his name) is excellent. He was there the first time we stayed at this hotel and he made this visit just as wonderful.
Absolutely outstanding from the time we stepped foot inside to the time we left. Very thankful for the amazing service we had and would absolutely recommend staying there to anyone!
So far so good! I would recommend and will probably stay here again!

The place was freezing. The front lobby had people coming in and out and the doors didn’t close all the way. Therefore the heating system could not keep up. Guests falling due to wet slick surfaces. Not adequate hot water.
The hotel was, overall, what you would expect from a Best Western. This particular hotel was clean, well appointed, and not unreasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It was a few miles from downtown Missoula, but not inconvenient.

Our stay at the Best Western was wonderful!! 5 stars!! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection! 24 hour coffee bar, clean, and a pleasant & helpful staff! Thank you!

The largest room we stayed in during our Montana trip, and that is a good thing. We lacked space to unpack in the other three hotels. This one was roomier by far. Clean, quiet and dark at night!

Wonderful property! Great staff! Lobby is really nice. Wonderful hot buffet breakfast. Terrific coffee in the room. The most comfortable bed in a hotel I've ever had. The room was magnificent!

We enjoyed our stay here very convenient to our travel plans and was close to Starbucks and Cracker Barrel.

A bad night
I had a complaint to the front desk that there was noise coming from the room above. Someone’s stereo was playing over and over especially the base. They said they would have maintenance check it out but nothing was done and the music played over and over till after midnight. It was a terrible night

Hello Marty, I am sorry to hear you had noise issues during your stay. We did check the room out several times and the guest was never playing music in that room so we unfortunately could not locate where the noise was coming from as it was not the room directly above you.
The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The lobby had a very welcoming and rustic atmosphere . Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the pool exceeded my expectations. The only con I have would be the gym. It is very small with old equipment. I will be staying here again.

Pros and Cons
Pros: Friendly service, pet friendly hotel, good breakfast, convenient location.
Cons: hard floors in room were filthy (we had spilled a little water and wiped up with a towel and the towel was nearly black), hair is bedding, and the air coming out of the vents smelt like a strong burning scent. Not sure we would return because overall, cleanliness is most important to us.

Bed was comfy, absolutely lived the sauna and steam room. Breakfast was plentiful as well
