Helpful staff

Pros: That they provide breakfast, the location, very welcoming of pets with a small fee (previous visit)
Cons: Better pillows, more water pressure in showers.
Location: Easy access to downtown, the hockey rink and plenty of parking.
The staff were great, price good, location good. The shower needed more water pressure. The pillows are flat don't give much head support.

Pros: it is comfortable and quiet
Cons: it would be nice if the guest maids wiped the bath tub down on every other visit. Overall, I was completely satisfied

Friendly Hotel

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: The price was reasonable and the rooms were clean.
Cons: Wash the honey packets for the tea in the morning. They were kind of sticky.
Location: We had a nice pizza at Pizza Z (?)
Was very happy with our accommodations at the Broadway Hotel. The staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and it was nice to have the continental breakfast included in the price. We were on our way to tour the University of Montana and this was a perfect place to stay for our tour. Thanks Patrick for being so kind! Go Grizzleys!

Not a great place to stay

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: none
Cons: cleanliness of room and the furniture in room.
I paid more to book a superior double queen instant of standard double queen, after I saw the room, I had to go to the front desk to confirm if my room was superior double queen! I don't think that room should call "superior" compare to more than 20 inns which I have stayed during my almost month long road trip with that price! Not a big room, open closet, no private bathroom, room was not that clean and a bit old. No microwave. Debris from the ceiling was found on the bed. Very thin fleece instant of blanket/down duvet. Actually, I shouldn't expect too much because I just paid US$79 plus tax for a night (that was 30% off the regular price).

In town for a visit to the University of Montana. The front desk welcomed us by name (we must have been the last to check-in that day), and provided us with helpful information about Missoula. We'll come back again.

Front desk staff was very pleasant, even during our middle-of-the-night arrival. They upgraded us, even, gave us a great room!
