“Montana Luxe”

We arrived at a beautiful facility and warmly greeted by front desk clerk who was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed overnight, but had a good nights sleep in a beautiful hotel that reflected Montana's spirit.

This hotel is a 4 Star for sure, awesome beds, great jacuzzi in the king room, pool and hot tub were awesome as well.... Highly recommend this hotel.

After a long day of travelling it was such a pleasure to get to the hotel in Missoula. It was very clean, the bedding was soft & the bed comfortable . The staff was friendly & helpful ..... what more could I need ? I was impressed enough that I booked another room @ the HGI in Middleton WI.

“Free cookies!”

The hotel staff were all very helpful. They even had complementary cookies at the front desk every afternoon. The single king bed room was spacious (gigantic compared to other hotel rooms I've stayed in). The in-room mini fridge was a bonus. The housekeeping staff was friendly and responded immediately to an after hours toiletries request. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. One minus: someone spilled what looked like a blizzard ice cream treat outside of the side entrance. It remained there, melting into a sticky mess, over the last four days of my stay. I would have expected the staff to clean it up by the second day. Aside from that, I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel, it's staff, and the price of my stay.

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location, with a superb, helpful staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to everyone. It is nicer than some supposed 4 star properties I have stayed at.
