Montana visit

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Family oriented.
Cons: Add parking. Too crowded for breakfast. 1st morning, went out to eat, rather than wait for tables, 2nd morning, stood up to eat breakfast.
Location: Good location. Close to airport, close to freeway, but not too close to have noise issues.
Disappointed that as nice of hotel as this was, there was insufficient parking. We had to park on the street. When I spoke with the hospitality agent, I asked if we could use handicap parking, as they were all vacant, but he said we could not and would have to park on the street. He acted like street parking was no big deal and it happens all the time. Also, pets should not be allowed. Of if they are, limit the exposure to certain rooms. People with pet allergies that have forked out nearly $200 a night, shouldn't have to have pet dander in the hallway, elevator or at the front desk. I mean REALLY?

Great will definitely go again, kids had fun and beds were comfortable. I liked the location, easy to get to shopping but also easy access to interstate.

Last night of vacation.

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: A great place to let the kids unwind before our last leg driving home.
Location: The location is extremely easy to find right off of the Interstate. You cannot miss it.
This is an excellent hotel if you have children on the young side (10 and under). The adults can relax while the kids have fun on the two water slides which are well staffed. There is not a lot of swimming room in addition to the slides so older kids who want to swim do not have that option. There is a nice sized hot tub.. The rooms are very nice with everything you need and the pantry was well stocked. The breakfast was what you would expect at this price point. The staff was very helpful.

Pleasant, quiet, comfortable stay

Posted May 6, 2015
We spent an overnight while attending a conference in town. Room was quiet, spacious, and clean. LOVED THE BED! Linens were soft and pleasant. Breakfast offered a lot of nice choices. Sorry that the pool was closed (routine maintenance) but they accomodated us by giving us free waterpark passes to a popular facility in town. Very nice stay.

Really nice stay, please change one thing

Posted May 6, 2015
Pros: Rooms are not crowded. Nice space.
Cons: Please implement sustainable practices. Use plant based utensils, or wash flatware. Provide options to not replace towels & sheets during a stay
Location: It's awfully convenient to the Airport. There is an abundance of public lands nearby and a nice big river with several points of public access.
First of all I loved the staff especially the woman working the breakfast bar on 4/29 and 30. And I love the air circulation feature in the rooms. Great pillow selection. I would recommend this hotel if they adopt more environmentally friendly practices. My only disappointment was the use of plastic and Styrofoam in the breakfast bar and no option to say, I'll use these towels again. There was an option to use ceramic coffee cups, that was nice. As you're probably aware Wynngate by the Missoula Airport receives a TON of govt. travelers because it's near 2 major Forest Service (FS) centers. The FS is under a national l directive to reduce or environmental footprint as an agency. You can help by implementing by practices that create less waste, and convert from "disposable" to "reusable" concepts. If you can't wash utensils for some reason use plant based flatware and dishware. That would be a marketing strength especially in the Missoula area. Please adopt other sustainable measures like not bleaching sheets/towels. Use beige instead of white so you don't need bleach. Institute guest options to reuse towels & sheets during a stay, etc. If you could do that much we would so appreciate it. Although your hotel is convenient and comfy I will choose the Holiday Inn Parkside because their hotel operation is more environmentally sustainable. Let me know if Wyngate takes any steps toward reducing their environmental footprint.

Light shade in bathroom fell off. Toilet in one room would not flush. The door to one of the rooms did not lock easily - the deadbolt kept coming out and you had to use the key card to get it to close.
