“Not Happy”

Our experience at this hotel was less than desirable, in fact it was terrible. The first night we were given a room that had not cleaned, so they moved us to a different room. That was the last time we had a clean room in the 5 night that we were there. The rest of our stay they never once cleaned our room and twice they had changed the key and we had to get new ones. Every evening when we came back to our room we had to call for clean towels. The manager never had the "time " to talk to us and because we had booked our room with Expedia they would not refund any of our money. Although the front desk people were very apologetic they offered no real solution to the problem. I could go into more details but I think you get the idea it was not a great stay and I won't go back.

“Night of Fun”

The hotel had an old smell and the linens on my bed were wet.
