The service was bad and at times non existant. Most if the plugs in the room didn't work. There are lovely facilities and gardens at the hotel

worst hotel ever

Peermont, please review your 4 star rating of this "motel". This hotel degrades the reputation that Peermont holds with other hotels. This is the worst hotel that I have ever booked. We could not even sleep at the hotel. My wife and I left within 2 hours of our check in. Our booking was cancelled.

Bad experience

Paid with credit card in advance and on arrival no one could pick up the payment. Waited for the room form 12:40 until 15:00 and then had to leave for an appointment. When I returned just after 15:00 we again had to wait for booking. The next morning after a terrible experience at breakfast they still had issues with payment, this was regardless of the fact that the confirmation email and print out was given to staff members. Had the same experience at another Peermont Hotel in JHB a month earlier.
