Great location with great view

Enjoyed our stay. Nice place in Moab. Free breakfast was more than pastry and coffee, there was a nice variety (included eggs, breakfast burrito, pancakes, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, etc.).

Disappointed

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The breakfast was OK with a reasonable selection and variety of food. The pool was nice. Many languages were spoken by the guests.
Location: It is in Moab, near Arches. Good location.
I am willing to pay a little more for a better quality bed. Despite paying more than double the room rates of the budget motels to stay here, the bed was not any better than at those motels. Also, our room was on the first floor near the exit. Smokers stood outside of our room and their smoke was sucked in through the A/C unit.

Not as advertise

Pros: --Close to Arches National Park --Has ceiling fan
We stay 2 nights on this Inn and it was quite a disappointment. --The room had a moldy smell --The mini fridge could not be fully open because the floor was un-even --The AC was very noisy making it hard to sleep so we use the ceiling fan --The staff was rude, we arrived 1 hours early and when we ask them if to place our bags in the storage room they resume at first and say that the room will be ready in an hour or so. But since we had a guided trip schedule we could not wait finally they reluctantly agree --There was no water fountain or place to fill our hydration packs, instead they force you to buy bottle water for $1.5 --The breakfast in the morning was bad, the potatoes were under cook and over season

Great find at a very reasonable rate!

Location: Arches National Park Canyonlands National Park Red Cliffs
The owners of this hotel have made every effort to think of as many amenities as possible to make one's stay here as enjoyable as possible. The hotel was in excellent condition. Our room was spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. There was a very nice outdoor pool, hot tub, and sunning terrace, a basketball court, a covered outside patio with tables and chairs, a gas grill and picnic tables, a nice wooden playground structure and swings for young children, and a fire pit. There was also a small laundry room and a fitness room. Additionally, there was a large breakfast room where we were able to enjoy a tasty, hot cooked breakfast each morning. We found everyone at the hotel to be very kind and helpful. The location was also quite convenient-- halfway between the entrance to Arches National Park and downtown Moab. We stayed 3 nights here and we wish we had spent even more time in this area. My husband and I would highly recommend the Aarchway Inn.

2 queen beds, room. Worked fine. Good sleep after hiking and a nice horse ride. Breakfast was great too ! Totally non smoking hotel. Sheets smelled fresh ! It was 103°, the AC worked perfect. Easy to recommend. Only con was the bathroom and sink location, but we were dead on our beds more then we were using the sink in the hallway. Yes, I would go back !

Pros: Nicely remodeled.
Location: It's Moab, all things outdoors!
Very enjoyable property, older hotel but nicely updated, new carpet, etc. Room was large and clean. They have a great bicycle storage room. Staff was great. Good recommendations for local restaurants. The staff in the breakfast room were great and friendly. The free breakfast was a plus, not having to leave the hotel for breakfast.
