The motel was apparently the first motel in Moab, dating back to 1954 & perhaps needs a little modernisation but maintaining its authenticity, it was comfortable & spotless. The grab & go breakfast exceeded our expectations. Reception was superb. The firepit was a big plus & it was great having breakfast outside, talking to fellow travellers. As we were on the ground floor, we got a little bit of noise from upstairs. We would definitely stay here again
The management of this motel is fantastic! They focus on the details. The front staff was friendly, the beds were great, the room clean and updated. They text you with instructions to get your keycard if you are coming in late.
They even turn the exterior lights off after a certain hour so they aren't shining in your windows! That is service and care for your customers. I would definitely stay here again. I especially liked that it was away from the center of town. The only drawback is the parking in the back is really tight.

Thank you for the kind words. We work hard to ensure a wonderful visit for our guests. Hope to see you back in the future.
We loved our stay at the Apache Motel! Excellent communication about check-in/check-out and hotel information. We ended up checking in late and the experience was easy and seamless. Someone even stayed late to keep the lights on for us. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and cute! Such a fun place, we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

So happy you enjoyed your stay with us! Thank you for being our guest at the historic Apache Motel!!
Fun experience at a reasonable price close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Breakfast was better than expected for a grab and go and we loved all the references to John Wayne!

Hey Glen,We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at the Apache. Hopefully we'll see you again!
I was looking for a dog friendly affordable stay during our time in Moab and the Apache Motel was the perfect fit! They have a small dog park in the back so you can take your furry friends to take care of business not far from your door. The pool is heated year-round which is nice to go for a dip after a day of adventures! All of the staff was very genuine and helpful. The rooms were quiet, cozy and clean! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy walking distance to anywhere you’d want to eat. Interesting connections to movies made in the area. Nicole was very pleasant and entertained all of our 14 year-old’s questions regarding the area’s history. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you for staying with us. We love sharing the history of our Historic Motel especially with the younger generation! Hope to see your whole family back soon.
We will be back! This place was the perfect location for our need of proximity and affordability. Other pluses included were: the firepit they lit each morning and evening, the lil shop in the lobby with everything you’d need for a light breakfast and John Wayne knickknacks, hot cinnamon rolls baked fresh each morning, and the availability of bags of ice for our coolers!
Thank you so much to the owners and staff who always made us feel welcomed, appreciated and cared for. You will see us again next year for the Celtic Fest again!

The owners were great! Breakfast was good well, stocked, I enjoyed the campfires in the morning, and at night. The place was well kept and quiet. Close to Main Street. Check out the museum when in town.

Thrilled you enjoyed your stay with us!! Please visit again!
I just wanted to say that while I never made it to the motel due to illness, the staff at Apache helped cancel my reservation and they kindly worked with expedia so I wouldn't be charged. They did more than they had to do they hotels.com didn't charge me. They were lovely and kind.
I'll reserve again next trip!

Happy to help and hoping to see you in the future!
Well maintained 50s era motel. Friendliest hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Grab and go breakfast in the small office was great.

We appreciate our guests as well. Thank you for staying with us!
The property was off the main street which kept it quiet. But it was only a 2 min drive to get to the restaurants, shops, etc. Staff was super friendly. Loved the grab-n-go breakfast which got us on the road quickly. Convenient to the national parks. The property and decor is a little dated and may need a little tune-up. But the price is much better than the other places. Would stay here again

Thank you for being our guest at the Apache Motel!!
Great place!!! It is historic so you won’t find fancy things but has all that you need and more! Owners are super nice including Lucky their dog!!! You can’t beat cinnamon buns just out of the oven for breakfast!!! 😋 Location is away from busy main road thru Moab but convenient to everything!!!

Thrilled you enjoyed your stay!! Thank you for being our guests!
John Wayne decor, with a working red dialup phone in room. They lit a pinon fire out front, for ambiance, I guess. Well maintained, if a tad dated. Friendly staff. Four blocks off the main drag. If I'm back in Moab, I'll return.
Everything was great, room was very nice, parking was good, lobby had a grab and go breakfast- owner made fresh cinnamon rolls! Great area, centrally located to the parks.
