“No complaints AT ALL-VERY PLEASED and will use this hotel on next visit”
We were pleased with all services, helpful friendly front desk staff. Very helpful in directing us to the nearest emergency room. Surprised at the considerable choices for breakfast. No little piddlely choice but lots of choices and good except the bacon, but that minor. A pleasant 4 day stay.
“Moab Oct 2011”
Room was quiet, felt secure about our own privacy. Room was a little stuffy, air conditioner/heater was loud. Bathroom needed some updating/maintenance.
“Nice stay but involuntary morning call”
The room is comfortable but the staff at the reception area aren't too friendly, no smiles or greetings in the morning. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. I had a room on the 2nd floor opposite to the elevator. It woke me up every morning around 6:50am with its ding ding sound announcing its arrival on the floor. The first time it happened, I jumped up from my sleep thinking someone was ringing the doorbell of my room.
“September in Moab”
The hotel was within walking distance of the restaurants and stores and a good base for the various national parks in the area. When we first arrived our air conditioning wasn't working and the staff promptly pulled it out and replaced the unit with a new one. The breakfast was fine except we found the room not large enough to hold everyone and ended up eating in the lobby. Pool was clean with some maintenance work being done on the wall tiles when we were there.
“Hotel was so, so”
Overall was unsatisfied with the room. Convenient location but the room had a odor like body odor. Even after leaving for a few hours so I could leave the air conditioner running the room still smelled when I returned. The bed was very hard and stiff. Not the kind of bed you want to rest you're aching body after full days of hiking or long day of driving. Not an issue but the room was very dated. Very decent selection for breakfast at the buffet.
“Ok”
Great Breakfast but not that great for the price!
“Great place in Moab”
While not overly luxurious, this hotel offered all of the amenities and comfort we wanted for our vacation in Moab, UT. The hotel was close to great restaurants, including The Blu Pig BBQ and Moab Brewery, both of which were within a 2 minute walk. We were also able to walk to our river rafting tour center and enjoyed a wonderful weekend in an adorable town. The hotel offered a delicious and filling breakfast, complete with scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage and really yummy potatoes. We were satisfied knowing that each mornings wonderful outdoor adventure would start with a hearty breakfast to fuel our hikes and river fun. The rooms had microwaves and refrigerators as well as on site bike storage and plenty of shaded parking. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice place in Moab.
“Good hotel”
Good location to visit Canyonlands and Arches NP. Super market is there next to the hotel. Good breakfast with waffle and fruit.
“Could have been better”
Upon arriving the gentleman at the desk said that all of his guests had checked in. I showed him my reservation number which he had to ask me three times where the number was. Finally he found our room. I had booked the room for 3 nights, on the third day I received a bill under my door stating that I was checking out that day. We had to take our original itinerary to the front desk to show them that we had paid for another day. They kindly fixed it. I also feel that the nightly rate was pretty steep and nothing was offered to us for their errors. I would not go back to that hotel for the rate that was given to me.
“ok, but smelled a bit of smoke”
The smoke-free room smelled of smoke, but was otherwise a fine hotel, if a bit over priced.
